Thank you for shopping with Bella Boards. Each of our gothic cutting boards is handcrafted with care and attention to detail. Please read our Refund & Return Policy carefully before making a purchase.

All Sales Are Final

All sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.

We do not offer refunds for:

• Change of mind
• Ordering the wrong item
• Ordering the wrong quantity
• Personal preference
• Buyer's remorse
• Failure to read the product description before purchasing

By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.

Handmade Products

Every cutting board is individually handcrafted. Because of the natural wood grain and handmade process, slight variations in color, wood pattern, resin details, and artwork are normal and make each piece unique. These variations are not considered defects and are not eligible for a refund or return.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged during shipping or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

To help us review your claim, include:

• Your order number
• Clear photos of the product
• Photos of the packaging
• A brief description of the issue

If approved, we will determine the appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement at our discretion.

Lost Packages

Bella Boards is not responsible for packages that are marked as delivered by the shipping carrier. If your package is lost in transit, please contact us and we will work with the shipping carrier to investigate the issue.
