Thank you for shopping with Bella Boards. We are committed to ensuring your handcrafted cutting board arrives safely and in excellent condition. Please review our shipping policy below.
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been successfully received.
Because each cutting board is carefully inspected and packaged before shipment, processing times may vary slightly during holidays, sales, or periods of high order volume.
Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays.
Shipping Times
Once your order has been processed, estimated delivery is 7–10 business days depending on your location.
Estimated delivery times are provided as a guideline and are not guaranteed.
Shipping Confirmation
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information, allowing you to monitor your package throughout its journey.
Shipping Delays
While we strive to meet all estimated delivery times, Bella Boards is not responsible for shipping delays caused by:
- Weather conditions
- Carrier delays
- Natural disasters
- Customs processing
- Incorrect shipping information
- High shipping volumes during holidays

Incorrect Shipping Information
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate before placing your order.
Bella Boards is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, additional shipping charges may apply before the order can be reshipped.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once a package has been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, Bella Boards is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
If your package appears to be missing, we recommend:
- Checking around your delivery location.
- Asking household members or neighbors if they accepted the package.
- Contacting the shipping carrier directly.
- Reaching out to us so we can assist where possible.
Damaged Shipments
If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Please include:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the damaged product
- Photos of the shipping box and packaging
- A brief description of the damage
We will review your claim and determine the appropriate resolution.
International Shipping
International shipping availability may vary depending on your location. Any customs duties, taxes, import fees, or additional charges are the responsibility of the customer.
Bella Boards is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.
